The Ladies played a great tournament. We had ups and downs, but overall played good ball and saved our best for last playing to a last second finish in our last game. Great job team...1, 2, 3, BEARS

Volleyball - Game
Game Time!
Here is some video of high end Middle School volleyball.
Notice the different types of serves, and ready position of all players, the use of all 3 hits to get the ball over the net.
no offence but the team in the blue needs to work harder they don't seem to be going for the ball much

ReplyDeleteThe team in the blue, has solid skill, but unable to work as a team, the team in the red uses all 3 hits effectively. No spiking for us in gym.
